Our error or defect
If the delivered item materially differs from the approved proof due to a production error, report it promptly with clear photographs so an appropriate remedy can be assessed.
Transit damage
Keep all packaging, photograph the outer carton and object, and contact the supplied order channel as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
