Frequently asked

What the concept can—and cannot—promise.

Clear answers about imagery, price, proof, lead time, delivery and the gated order path.

Are the product images finished awards?

No. Every product image is a concept render. Final geometry, materials, finish, dimensions and personalization follow the approved proof and written quote.

Why are some items quote-only?

Logo sculpture, illuminated work, milestone monoliths and numbered editions depend on geometry, quantity, packaging and delivery details that cannot be responsibly priced from one default configuration.

Is GST included in the displayed price?

No. Displayed prices are indicative. GST, shipping and unusually complex design work may alter the final quote.

When does the lead time begin?

The stated lead-time window begins after scope, final data, proof approval, commercial confirmation and a production slot are all recorded in writing.

Can you add our company logo?

Yes, subject to usable artwork and your permission to reproduce it. Complex marks may need simplification or a separate sculptural interpretation.

What does an order intent do?

It records a configured concept for review. It does not take payment or guarantee a production slot, price or delivery date.

How does the NFC award work?

A passive NFC inlay opens a supplied HTTPS destination on compatible phones. The destination, hosting and content remain the client’s responsibility.

Can each award ship to a different address?

Potentially. Individual dispatch is quoted after quantity, validated address data, packaging needs and desired delivery windows are reviewed.

What can change after a proof?

Requested copy and layout adjustments can be handled within the agreed revision scope. Material redesign, new geometry, recipient-list changes or a compressed timeline may require a revised quote.

Do you publish client names or reviews?

This pre-launch concept storefront does not present invented clients, testimonials, certifications, order counts or operating history.
